iPhone X New iPhone Xs/r Pricing - More than expected

I thought for sure the XS would start at 849-899 NOT 999. I guess that helps current iPhone X owners resale price.

The XR is where we thought it would be at 749 for 64 gb.

hmmm Maybe I am keeping my X another year.

Seems like a good deal to me. I expected more for that ultimate screen size. Should have been $1200.
