NYC. I suspect a huge tower update is coming. Probably also fixes the UWB issues tied to the 13.

I hope so, my service has been worse on my 13 pro compared to my 11 pro and that’s saying a lot.

Just looked at the coverage map for South Carolina. lol. While I can't even get 5G where I am in the state, the UWB is limited to a few dozen streets in Columbia, SC.

I’m in Scranton PA and got the same message. I don’t think we have 5G UWB I’m this area.

I've been chatting with their social media team. That text message is them going through and correcting the UWB provisioning.

Something went wrong that caused the system not to automatically provision it for some iPhone 13 owners.

If you're still not able to get UWB in a known UWB area (and you have the right plan), you can reach out to @VZWSupport on Twitter and they're able to manually add the provisioning.

Got the text, my service went out during the window identified for the carrier update, and rebooted as per instructions. However, still not seeing UWB in a known UWB area.

Still nothing for me
Messaged Verizon on Twitter, they said it’s a known issue that some people in my metro area are having issues with UWB, with no estimated repair completion date.

I guess I’ll try again in a few weeks

No further information from Verizon, but ultrawideband is working for me now.
