I just my new M3 iMac and I am in the process of setting it up. One thing I am noticing is there are some places where it will be in Chinese instead of English. So far I am only noticing it in the System Settings. Photos are below.

As stupid as this sounds, I am not sure if I should install the available update. Also how do I fix this or is this something that may go away after a while? I ordered this iMac for my office with 16GB of ram, 500GB SSD, trackpad and english keyboard with numeric keys. I do not want to return this and reorder it.
