I’ve had my new series 3 LTE Apple Watch since the 2nd of November (i.e. more than 10 days) but the new move record and new exercise record achievements both seem not to be working.

Both say ‘your personal best is 0’. Anyone know what it’s actually waiting for?

Still nothing... I’ll see what happens 10 days after the repairing.
Have you beaten your record from within the first 10 days.

For example. Day 3 you got 100 exercise minutes. After day 10, you need to get 101. To earn the medal.

Same goes for calories. If you got 1000 calories day 4. After day 10 you need 1001 to activate the medal.

You don’t need to wait 10 days after repairing. The 10 day waiting period is after setting up activity on your phone for the first time. Repairing the watch doesn’t affect that.

I was just repairing it to see if it fixed what seems like an issue.

It's possible that I hit high move and exercise levels on one of my first 10 days, but what made me think it was an issue is that it says the current record is zero. Shouldn't it show me what level I have to beat?

Nope. Because you have not actually set a record yet with the medal. Once you beat your record from within the first 10 days and get your medal. Then it will show you a number over 0.

I got my AW around mid-November and mine says a personal best of 0 calories too, even though I've earned 468 calories for today.

How many calories is your high during the first 10 days. You need to beat that.

It looks like my high in the first 10 days was 720 calories (leaf season). But as the OP points out, why isn't that my "best" so I know my target to beat? What a bother that I hit an abnormally high amount in my first 10 days! I've had other days between 500-650 since then, but it's not often I would do as much work as I did on that specific day, because I think that day I spent like 4 hours in the yard, plus a treadmill walk. :/

Because you have not been awarded that yet. Statistics of medals only show after the medal is earned.

I’ve been through this 4 times over the last 2.5 years (every time I had to restore my phone as new).
