New Quicktime navigation interface.

There is a new navigation interface for QuickTime.
Instead of just showing the location diamond, it brings up tick marks and the fast you slide your fingers the faster the point moves.

The diamond this there for when you are watching. The arrow is there for when you are using two fingers to skip forward or backward.
