I installed Viber onto my iPad Pro expecting that all my old and current conversations would download along with it. What has happened looks like old conversations from years ago have placeholders and are empty, but nothing current is there.
Am I wrong that the current conversations should be there also? Viber on my iPhone and MacBook Pro are both the same, it was also the same on my old iPad. Is this because I set this iPad up as new? If it is because of this then where is it getting the data for these conversations from years ago from?
iCloud is turned on for Viber on all devices.
