I just noticed that iOS9 has a new separate widget section (only for iPad so it seems) when you have your iPad in landscape modus. See also this Reddit topic about the new widget look. I also don't show calendar or notifications. I only have widgets installed such as Launcher, BeWeather and Klok which i want to show in full size also in landscape modus. It seems this is possible for what i've read on the reddit topic. Can people also confirm here.

I wish this new look of the notification center would also get an option to remove and/or reduce the size of the huge date (e.g. Friday July 10th) above the widgets/notifications in 'Today' (as it is still called in 8.4). It takes up some much space. I would also like to see this option to be available on the iPhone besides iPad.
