CarPlay Nissan CarPlay constant issue

The CarPlay in my 2019 Nissan Altima constantly recognizes my iPhone as an iPod. I always have to unplug and plug back in for it to work. And there are times it just will not enable CarPlay and I have to delete it n my phone and set up as new again.

Nissan said there is nothing wrong but I never have this issue with my wife’s 2019 Honda.

Am I missing something?
