Carrier No 64 / 128GB Airs at T-Mobile?

Has anyone successfully picked up a high capacity (either 64 or 128GB) iPad Air at a T-Mobile location? None here said they got any, and their website doesn't even have it as an ordering option.

Can you use a Verizon or at&t iPad and just put a tmobile prepaid sim card in and get the 200MB of free data?

T-Mobile told me they were locked, but it's pretty clear they aren't. Primarily, I'm trying to get a 0% financing on it. Best Buy seems to not have any 64GB units in any cellular frequency at all.

Seriously debating just getting a WiFi one and using my 2.5GB of hotspot when I need it. I'd like like to have the option is all.
