no audio El Capitan Beta

Have no audio today with El Capitan beta. Did when first installed but can not get any today.
Have sound through internal speakers. Nothing is muted. Even tried some solutions recommended for Yosemite but so far nothing.

I had this happen to me. I had Dictation turned on and for some reason I couldn't get any sound. Once I turned it off all my sound came back. It was very strange but try that.
