iPhone No autocorrect/predictive text

Not sure if i missed this aomewhere but i was hoping aomeone would be able to help...

My phone's native keyboard no longer autocorrects as i text, there are no red zigzag line to signify a misspelled word and predictive text bubbles no longer come up.

There are no options under general > keyboard for these features anymore eithwr.

I hard reset my phone and the options came back, but yeah the only options under keyboards were "keyboards" and "text replacement" ...

But eveb with all the correct options enabled, auto correct/check spelling is not happening at all...
