I have come to visit Chile and bought a local prepaid sim card from Claro.
It's a dual sim card iPhone. Network is not working and now not even with my other sim card from back home.
I reseted the iPhone completely and then the network from Claro is coming. Full signal with 3G/4G/LTE during activation of the iPhone.
When I upload my backup from my mac to the iPhone then again no network.
I can't get my head around of what could be the problem?
I bought sim cards from all available suppliere, Movistar, Entel, Wom but none are getting a signal in my iPhone.
But when I put these sim cards in my iPad pro then again full signal with LTE.
My iPhone 11 Pro Max is from Hong Kong and dual sim. It's not factory locket. I been traveling to many countries and swapped the secondary sim cards all the time for local prepaid sim cards and never had a problem.
There is also no carrier update coming.
