So a friend of mine isn't getting his notifications on his iPhone 6s Plus. So far we did: restore the phone as new (worked again for a while, then stopped). Reset the network settings, hard reset, and nothing.
After the full restore, it worked great, but then it stops. I did a search and that's when I saw about the network reset and hard reset, but nothing.
This is his work phone, using Microsoft 365.
I find it strange it will work, but then it stopped. I check all the settings and even compared them to my work phone too, all match and mine works.
The only thing that does work is the sound. Nothing on the notification/lock screen.
Any ideas? does he need a new phone? It's a work phone so we can swap it out pretty easily. He rather fix this though.
