All Devices No FaceTime Attention Correction Toggle

Hello all,
I was really interested in this feature and was hoping to activate it. I went to Settings>FaceTime and do not see a toggle for it. Anyone else? I'm running 13.1 on iPhone XS Max and 12.9 iPad Pro (2018)

Same. I cant find mention of it on the iOS 13 web page on apple.com.

They removed it after 13.0 Beta 4 and I don't think Apple has brought it back

Its not there either I look there before I made my comment .. I'm almost positive it never made it back .. only screen awareness is there.. Not the Facetime Attention Correction

The feature was removed during the iOS 13 betas. Maybe it will be re-introduced in a later release. However, I’d rather see Apple focus on system stability and getting a workable Mail app back again first.
