Are you tired of those pesky folder names? I got rid of them easily, without a jailbreak.
All I did was try and create a new folder with Epicurios. When the folder was created, there was no default folder name. Just keep repeating, and you have no folder names.
I tried this on a White iPad 2 16 gb WiFi.
