No Hardware Acceleration AMD Radeon R7 240

Hey,

i've installed macOS High Sierra on my PC, but i've no hardware acceleration

The About This Mac Section shows the right GPU and VRAM but everything is Laggy
and VideoProc shows no Acceleration.

How can i fix this?
