Have both my Android phone and Mac mail connected to the same iCloud account and settings.

Whenever I delete a message from my Android phone, it duplicates that deletion on Mac mail.

Now that no longer seems to be the case under Yosemite. I think there was a pop-up message saying such.

Any way to correct this incompatibility issue?

Also, I presume this will be corrected in future beta releases?

Let me add more insight into this...

It will sync across devices, but not instantly.

Under Mavericks, I could delete an email off my Android phone and instantly watch the same mail delete itself from Apple Mail.

Now, it doesn't delete instantly. I have to actually shut down and restart Apple Mail to see the mail properly synced (with the deleted emails actually deleted).

Looking forward to reading what the rest of you are seeing on your end...
