iPad No update for iPad Mini

My iPhone 5 sees the update and is downloading but my iPad mini still says iOS 6.1.3 i sup to date. Anyone else not seeing the available iOS update for iPads?

Mines on it's way, but the connection keeps dropping. I might just leave it until tomorrow.
