No way to dl the 10.8 install image?

Hi,
I just made a fresh internet recovery install of 10.8 to a 2012mini.

Is there any way to get the install image to the computer.
It's not in the purchased in the App store.
If registering the mac to Apple would help, ! can't do that, since there's no updated browser to login apple's "my devices".
Also Apple says that older than Yosemite won't show up.

So to have a local copy and not needing to make internet recovery, if I want to install 10.8 again, I have to buy it from App store?

This link describes a work around where you can snag the Lion installer during Internet recovery, and I believe it will work with Mountain Lion also.
