iPad No WiFi bars when connected

ive got an iPad mini 4, running 9.3.2 public beta. I'm not sure this is just this public beta, but I'm connected to WiFi, but the bars are not showing. It's shows LTE, but even if I turn off Cellular Data I'm connected to the Internet. It's only slightly annoying because I don't want to be using cell data, but I don't think I am.

Is this a beta issue, something I doing wrong, or had nobody else seen this?

Have you tried putting everything in airplane mode and then back to normal? Perhaps restarting the device? Maybe even going as far as resetting network settings?

It's always too simple. I restarted and the bars are back. Thanks
