Nomad Sport Band Ultra Orange - Any Action?

Pre ordered the Nomad ultra-orange sport band and it's suppose to ship in November. I received an email that the ultra orange rugged case would not be shipping until Dec 12 instead of in Nov.

Have not heard anything about the band yet.

Anyone that preordered this band hear anything yet?

Do you have any play with the band connected to the watch ultra?
Just got in a Black Nomad Sport and I can notice it feels a little loose/sloppy where it connects to the ultra.

Do I have a dud or do all Nomad sport bands fit like this?

Ahhh when did you order? I think mine was in early or at least when they announced it on email. Fits really well but I’ve got 190mm wrists so I find the tenth hole works best, especially since you’re tucking the remaining strap inside. Not much play at all where the band connects, maybe a little but nothing to be concerned about at all.

Mine arrived yesterday. Seems okay, only issue I have is that I seem to be IN BETWEEN two of the holes, so it’s either a tad tight or a tad loose. Feels a bit stiff, MAYBE that will change - it does seem a little stretchy.

when I made the order, I didn’t notice that they AUTO bill a “carbon offset” fee which is like $2, blame myself for not noticing it. It’s not a big deal, but I don’t like things like that AUTO ADDED to a cart. Regardless, if they really want to carbon offset things, they should rethink their PACKAGING. This isn’t even a retail channel firm, and the packaging for this band has at least four material components and is about 200% larger than it needs to be overall. And the packaging is nearly 4X the weight of the band, so overall to ship is LESS carbon neutral than optimal. So, maybe don’t just charge your customer 5% of the purchase price to offset carbon but maybe do something more significant about it.

Apple, in my opinion has done a GREAT job of this and others could learn a lot from it.

Same problem here. Slot 4 too loose, slot 5 too tight. No happy medium
