If they can figure out what a third party keyboard even is and how to install one, they should be able to figure out how to change to a different one (including going back to the native/stock one).

People have been able to accidentally do things they were not expecting with computers for donkeys years. And then never knowing how to put it back to the way they liked it (hence the family phone calls rolling in).

Well, same can apply to many existing settings on the iPhone. Enabling zoom, changing brightness, enabling DND, etc. etc. etc. Should these not be offered because some people might not realize what they are and accidentally use them and then not know what's happening or how to get out of it? It's been like that for most devices, including the iPhone, for many many years in that sense.
