I'm no longer getting notifications on my iPhone for most apps. Notifications are enabled and turned on for these apps. One of the things that's changed since this started is I bought an iPad, and noticed that some notifications now go to the iPad and not my iPhone.

For example, all Facebook Messenger, Gmail, etc. notifications (which used to just go to my phone), now show up on the iPad, and not my iPhone. However, I still receive texts/iMessages on my iPhone. I have checked my iPhone settings, and Notifications are on, so I have no clue why this is happening. Any ideas? Restarting the phone and iPad hasn't helped.

I wondered if "Ask App Not to Track" is somehow disabling Notifications, even if notifications appear enabled in Settings.
