iPhone Notification center swiping options 11.4.1 iphone 8

When I receive emails from Mail or from Outlook in the notification center with the screen locked if I swipe to the left I get CLEAR and VIEW options while if I swipe right i get a singe OPEN option.

Is there a way for me to add a DELETE option to one of the swiping directions?
