Resolved Notification Center Widgets Unavailable in build 14A314h

EDIT: Rebooting fixed the issue for me.

I updated to Yosemite build 14A314h a few minutes ago, and the default Notification Center widgets have gone missing.

See the screenshot for an idea of what I'm talking about.

Glad you got it resolved. My Calendar widget has been missing from the beginning and no amount of rebooting, emptying the caches has resolved it
