iPhone XS Max Notification problem XS Max.

I have a Notification problem on Amazon,i have only had the XS Max for a week so don't know if it's down to the iOS update to 15.0.1.
I have all the items ticked in the App but i just dont receive any,ebay and messages etc work fine what i have had so far.
I like having these notifications working for deliveries and deals and stuff,i do hope you can help.

Just deleted and installed the Amazon app for the 3rd time and i get some notifications on it but no sound.
Please any help at all will be great.
It seems this is a big problem for a long time,i have only just come back onto iPhone after years off it.
