iPhone 13 mini Notifications doesn’t work until app is deleted and installed again

Hi,

I got an iPhone 13 Mini last Friday and I chose to restore it from an iCloud save of my previous iPhone 6.
Everything went fine except that for many apps notifications doesn’t appear anymore.
if I completely delete the app and then install it again, notifications will work again. But that will take an insane amount of time since I have dozen of apps and can’t be done for apps from Apple like App Store, FaceTime,…

Is anyone else ever encountered the same problem?

Something doesn’t seem right to me why don’t the notifications work? Did you see if they are checked under notifications in settings ? Maybe better explain!

Yes, all is correct under notifications in settings.
But for instance Facebook Messenger, there was no notifications, banners,… until I completely delete the app and reinstall it.
It’s really weird and happens with other apps even if their notifications settings are correct…
