Odd bug in macOS 10.14 Mojave PB 5

Submit feedback to Apple using Feedback Assistant. Clearly a bug.
I will, however, I restarted and it disappeared. Also, my firefox browser was showing numbers in some strange form and the font changed, but it was still set to the default font in settings. Very odd.
