How do you customise the ribbon in Word 2016?

All I want to do is add a shortcut to the print button but I can’t.

From my short time with the new app, MS removed the Gear and Preference for customizing the Ribbon. I've already sent them a strongly-worded "suggestion"...

I spent ages trying to find out how to customise it with no success.

Nothing works. Ive actually been using excel 2011 since im using a macro to put a button up there
