Hi. There is for example the FaceApp for iPhone, with which you can rejuvenate or age faces (including hairstyles). This works amazingly well and you can achieve funny effects with it. However, I don't like the fact that the images are uploaded to a server where you never know what they are really doing with them. That's why I'm looking for an offline software (Mac Intel) or app (iPhone), with which you can do this locally. It may cost a little, depending on the software. It doesn't matter if a bit longer render times are necessary. Unfortunately, I haven't found anything yet in my search on the net. DeepFaceLab goes in another direction (Face Swap) and is for video. I only need it for single images and De-Aging.

Perhaps the Photoshop Neural Filters (they don't specifically "de-age" however)? Have been meaning to play with these but haven't had the time yet
