Old game call Yelp! I think?

I think this is the right name but not certain, couldn't find it at macgarden. Shareware game, late 90's early 2000s, kind of silly and very colorful top down adventure game with a player icon you would move, combat that showed hp with an attack button to click. Difficult to search for due to the name. If I have the name right, does anyone else remember this?
