HomeKit Only one of my cameras is recording even though they all have the same settings

Hey I can't tell why only one of my cameras is recording. They're all eufy 2k indoors cameras and only 1/4 have the bar at the bottom to view history. I've checked all the settings in the home app. Thy seem to be identical on all four cameras. They're all supposed to record any motion whenever Im not home.
