I know that Apple staff is not reading this.
This is only to inform other users to be aware with an AppleID

Open letter to Tim Cook,
Open letter to Apple inc,

I am Filip (59) from Belgium. Apple fan since 1990 with my first Mac Classic.
For over 33 years I have been a promotion person for Apple and everything related to it. (professional musician, Certified developer for Claris Filemaker, ...).

I have an original AppleID (xxx@mac.com). I've always believed that a paid iCloud is a safe place to avoid losing data. Also for sharing documents across an iPhone, iPad, Mac...

Everything, absolutely everything in our family revolves around our AppleID:
- iCloud drive: all my scores and musical productions, Filemaker Pro data, title deeds, accounting, ... ;
- email via custom domains;
- HomeKit to open our house, gates, lights, homepods, ...

Last week, Apple decided to simply deactivate my AppleID:
- no advance warning;
- just out of the blue -> "your AppleID is not active"

HUUUGH???

After dozens of phone conversations with Apple iCloud Support:
"sorry sir, you have done something against the iCloud licensing terms and Apple is going to permanently deactivate your AppleID.

My life's work is simply being taken away by Apple:
- All my musical compositions and scores -> gone
- My accounting -> gone
- Title deeds of our home -> gone
- everything that is important -> gone

Please Apple: reactivate my AppleID!
If we did something wrong (which I highly doubt), please let us know what is. We will adapt so that we are in line with the license conditions.

33 years of my life wasted... Shame Apple... I don't deserve this !
