Open window pops into a different location

I've been noticing this a few times, since I updated to High Sierra. I'll have a few windows open on my desktop. I'll step away for a while, then come back and click on a window from the background. And suddenly, the window that was in the foreground on the other side of the screen, will suddenly just jump to where my mouse cursor is when I clicked. Never having touched it.

Anyone know why this happens randomly? And how to fix? Thanks.
