OpenCore compatibility

I need help to confim if my understanding is correct regarding OCLP's compatibility list. Does below means there will be compatibility issues installing macOS 11+ (Big Sur onwards) on macbookpro8,3? In other words, there should be no issues installing any version older than Big Sur (like Catalina or Mojave) on macbookpro8,3? I am new to this and trying to revitalise a MBP 17" late 2011 bought on FB.
