iPad Option to "Speak" selection on iPad appears twice.

As the title says, the option to "Speak" a highlighted word/words on my iPad 4th gen, running the latest version of iOS8 appears twice?

Can anyone tell me why this is so?

If there is a way to correct it, I'd be grateful if anyone could let me know.
