Resolved Order Not Showing Up In Order Tracker?

Hi Guys
Last night i ordered my self a nice refurbished 13inch MBP... 22 hours have passed since then
and i have still received no indication that my order was even taken; no e-mail e-invoice and
nothing showing up in the order tracker at all!

Is this normal or should i be worried?? Should i contact Apple?

Edit, all resolved, called Apple, hadn't gone through, re-ordered.

IMO, you should call Apple ASAP if you have already made the payment.

Well it was paid by credit card so I've just spoke to an Apple rep on the online chat, recommended i phoned them up, doing so now
