Had a confirmation on thurs eve saying phone would be here on friday - took the day off work and no sign of phone! Spoke to several people from cpw last night one said i would get it saturday, one said my order wasnt processed and to start again and the other that it would arrive before next friday!
so annoyed with the service, plenty of people ordered on thurs morning and theirs arrived so why should i have to wait another week! surely the reason behind preordering on the first day is so that you receive it first.
Anyone else had similar problems and know the best person to call/what to say? one told me they had none at all in stock, and the other said they had stock and were currently packing the phones but couldnt tell me when mine would be sent out. Any ideas?!
