I'm out of my league... I sold my original iPad to someone and while setting it up, I could not get their music to sync to the iPad. It's a 32G iPad 1, nothing else remarkable about it. In their music list in iTunes, their music shows an iCloud icon on the upper right corner. I checked with the Apple support site and it says that iOS 5 should work with iCloud. Other then that, I couldn't find any other issues. I have wiped the iPad, I have tried everything I can think to do and nothing seems to work. I didn't want to set their music off of iCloud because I don't know what that would do as none of mine show that icon. They claimed they did not sign up for iTunes Match, and that most of their music was from CD's.

I'm stumped... Any ideas?
