Other Firewall Running = No Rendezvous

Just installed panther and am setting up iChat. It says that I have a firewall running other then the one in the sharing pref pane. I have not installed one beofre. Any ideas??

Same thing here. I'm also having trouble browsing the network for my Windows PC. I can connect using smb and it's IP address, but it won't show up in the network browser.
