iPhone 7/Plus Outlook and IOS Mail Compatibility Issues?

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help; just added outlook to iOS mail. Already have other e mail accounts on IOS mail and usually just select and transfer e mails between accounts.

However, whenever I try and do this and add the e mails into outlook I can’t as the outlook mailbox is greyed out.

Is there anyway round this or is it just because it is a comparability issue with outlook?

From my understanding it’s a outlook account limitation, the same behavior happens if you use the outlook app with multiple accounts.
