HELP!!!
All the email I get from one coworker goes to Junk. She's not in my blocked senders list, either.

Even if I...
- Click mark as "Mark as Not Junk"
- Create Inbox Rules to move mail from her to my inbox
- Edit her contact
- Call my Help Desk

...nothing seems to work. This is true of using Office365.com - NADA. I use the newer Outlook Client for Mac, but even in the old version this was a problem (apparently, judging by how hold her emails to me were in my junk folder).

No one else in the company has this issue with her emails.

Any suggestions?

If you can't mark the email as Not Junk via Webmail, then your Help Desk needs to fix the underlying issue that stopping you from doing that.

The Mac Outlook client apparently doesn't play well with Exchange Server. After cleaning out some settings on the Mac, they weren't synced with what was in the cloud. Strange, but not surprising for MS.
