iPhone Overheating problem on 13.0?

Several sources on YouTube have stated the iPhone 11 has a concerning heating issue. My 11 Pro heated up tremendously when “preparing update” while using iOS 13.0. Anyone else experiencing this?

On 13.1 beta 4 it still overheats just not as bad.
