I am trying to sell my Rev. A MBA to get a Rev. C 2.13GHz 128GB SSD.

Looking to read comments from people who did the same.

Can Rev. C finally play a movie without skipping frames? Can it run 4-5 apps without the fans kicking up to 6,000 rpm?

Also the iSight on the Rev. A is a POS. Have they upgraded it to a better one?

I swapped from Rev B (1.6 GHz/120GB SATA) to Rev C (2.13GHz/128GB SSD) two months ago. I am very satisfied with the new model.
The SSD is amazing. Now I'm running snow leopard 10A421a on it. Boot time is less than 7 sec after the apple logo appears. Shutdown time is about 5 sec. All the programs start up very quickly, just take 2~3 jumps on the dock.
The temperature is ok when running multi-tasks. I love coolbook but it is not compatible with snow leopard. What a pity!
Following is the benchmark of this model on snow leopard. You can also run xbench on your Rev A, and make a comparison.

Thank you for your note.

I decided to wait for the Rev. D.

If nothing else, would love 4GB RAM which I think should be coming.

I'm with you. Love the MBA form factor but need 4gb ram and 256gb SSD to make it my only machine. Til then I'll live with my 13" MB

If you can live within 2gb of RAM and 128gb of SSD the current MBA is a fine machine though.
