I know some have asked so just wanted to make a small postI have managed to fix the library issues affecting Pale Moon from opening, and it now launches on 10.5.8 but is not rendering pages…its progress atleast as it was crashing before and not staying open… I have not tested it on Tiger, nor will I. I'll provide what I have, and it's up to those who want to play with it to try to get it working, as I don't use Tiger. Additionally, I have the MacPorts Netsurf stuff working, but there's a weird CSS issue I'm still working on if enabled on Tiger and Leopard. Overall, making progress... I am committed to getting Pale Moon working. And it wouldn't have been possible without all those who have contributed to MacPorts. You guys are absolute legends. I know I said I would help fix some of the macports stuff on tiger but at this point my focus is on leopard and snow leopard beta as its networking stack is newer. Thank you!
Edit**Direct Message Moonchild**
Some have privately messaged me and asked if Moonchild, the developer of Pale Moon, has reached out with a signature cease and desist. My response is quite simple: he is not the original developer of the code that comprises the browser. It has been a community-driven, designed, developed, and tested project by Mozilla and its community long before his time. In other words, he can take his cease and desist letters that he sends to Linux and other third-party distros and shove them straight up wherever hole he came out of. I mean it in the nicest possible way. Mozilla always intended it to be free, open, and available to all.
