I used the Pangu JB both the impactor method and the pphelper method. It was impactor method that finally worked. I installed several tweaks before the Cydia icon left, it just left. Now you see me, now you don't. One of the tweaks I installed was I don't remember it's name, but it allowed Cydia to open at boot. The IPad would boot and Cydia would open.
I've been using that as a method to try to fix it. Until I had to reinstall the JB, that was when things went bad. Those of you know it's a semi-tethered JB. Now when try reinstall the JB it goes into a reboot mode or just stuck on apple logo.
