Panther doesn't like my Blueberry iMac...

For some reason, when it installed, it did not install a default monitor profile, which means I cannot adjust the monitor settings at all with the Display Calibrator. Every time I attempt to adjust them it says that "the factory monitor profile cannot be found", and quits. Would downloading one of these default profiles help, and if so, does anybody know where I can get one (or have one they could share)? It's an Blueberry iMac 333MHz, the tray-loading kind. Oh, and I did try going through the Jaguar and Panther install CD's with Pacifier (on my iBook running Jaguar) but could not find any ICC files. Any help you can give would be extremely appreciated, as I would prefer not to be stuck with the terrible "generic RGB" settings forever!
