I just noticed "PayPal Honey". It is very annoying addition to the PayPal app that inserts ad's into forums, and other places. It is really sneaky how it gets in. With the latest update iOS asks you the usual question about App tracking, it is Paypal why not. When you do this PayPal Honey starts showing up. There are complaints about it elsewhere people cannot get rid of it. If you get conned into this what you need to do is delete the PayPal app, reload it and iOS will ask you if PayPal can open an extension do not allow it.
