PC Game demo site

Win XP is running like a dream on my Macbook Pro...I'm not into games generally using my laptop mainly for Internet/email use but I'd like to see what a good 3d hi-resolution game looks like on it...can anyone suggest a site or two where I can download a game demo?...maybe even a flight simulator or car racing game perhaps?

The demo is technically a Beta build, so if there's bugs, don't be surprised. But it'll give you a decent feel as how the Next Gen Microsoft flight sim will run.

You might also try http://www.x-plane.com, but they have a Mac version
