Is there any chance that someone will make a graphics card with a TB output port? I would love to be able to use my 2011 iMac in TDM with my old desktop.

I know there are cards with mini-display ports, so I hope that adding TB compatibility to them will happen in the future.

Intel announced that ThunderBolt will reach other PC manufactures later in this year.

My understanding is that since TB is an extension of the PCIe bus, you'll need chipset-level support for it and that it can't be added simply with a PCIe card.

Not sure if correct, but I recall reading that somewhere.

Ah, misread the OP.

Intel also has stated that there won't be PCIe cards with TB.

Again, though, other PC manufacturers will have ThunderBolt as early as this year.
